Andrew Blumson founded Adevious AI to turn operational friction into software that can survive daily use. His work connects non-technical teams with the technology underneath, translating real processes into browser-based systems, assistants and automations.
Software only earns its place if people can rely on it
More than two decades founding and running SMEs shaped Andrew's approach to technology. He has worked across operations, finance, sales and compliance and covers the full delivery lifecycle: scoping, architecture, application development, database design, testing, deployment and handover.
Andrew is an Official Replit Ambassador and Level 5 Master Builder. Across two Replit accounts he has built more than 250 applications, including ERP and MRP platforms, inventory and stock control, CRM, planning, training and certification systems, secure access layers and workflow automation.
AI leadership inside working businesses
Neilcott Construction
Since March 2026 Andrew has overseen the company-wide AI rollout at Neilcott Construction, working directly with the managing director. More than 200 staff have been trained on ChatGPT and Claude, with additional Claude Cowork training for power users. He also builds Replit applications supporting divisions across the business.
AFT Fluorotec
Since May 2025 Andrew has led applied-AI adoption at AFT Fluorotec. Every member of staff has received practical training, and Replit applications now support several divisions. He works with the managing director on the company's AI strategy and operational roadmap.
Business context first, tools second
Replit is Andrew's primary environment for rapid prototyping and full-stack business applications. Claude Code supports deeper engineering work, Claude Cowork supports finance and operations output, and OpenAI provides a complementary reasoning and generation layer where it fits.
