My sessions turn that uncertainty into a practical working method: understand what the tools can do, test them against real tasks, and decide where human judgement remains essential.

A six-hour working session

The training is delivered personally by me, not outsourced to a generic trainer. I tailor the content to your industry, people and current priorities. We use live exercises, shared workspaces and realistic examples. For Replit work, participants describe and build a useful application with AI assistance; for operational work, we explore how ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM and Google AI Studio can support research, writing and decisions.

Replit for non-technical teams

Replit is not only for professional developers. It gives a team a practical route to describe a business problem, shape an interface and build a working prototype with AI support. I show participants how to break down a requirement, check what the AI has produced and keep improving the result. No coding background is required, but clear thinking and useful questions are essential.

The wider AI toolkit

Application building is only one part of enablement. We look at appropriate uses for ChatGPT and Gemini, research and synthesis with NotebookLM, and prototyping with Google AI Studio. The focus is not collecting subscriptions. It is learning which tool is suitable for a task, how to provide context, how to check an answer and how to protect confidential information.

Avoiding expensive AI mistakes

AI projects often fail because a business starts with the tool instead of the process. Teams automate a task nobody owns, accept plausible but incorrect output or measure activity rather than a useful outcome. I help leadership teams define the problem, identify the information involved, set review points and choose a small experiment. A good first use case is bounded, visible and safe to improve.

From training to implementation

A session is most useful when it connects to the next decision. We identify where AI could reduce administration, improve consistency or make information easier to use. After the workshop, you have a practical prototype, a clearer vocabulary and a list of sensible next steps. Ongoing implementation support is available separately when a team wants help turning an experiment into a dependable workflow.

Where I deliver

I am based in Beccles, Suffolk and deliver in-person training across Suffolk, Hertfordshire, Essex, London and the M25 region. I work in Hertfordshire and the surrounding area each week. Online training is available across the UK and keeps the same interactive, hands-on format. Every session is founder-led and tailored rather than a fixed deck delivered at speed.

Helping leadership make the next decision

The value of training is not measured by how many prompts people write during a session. It is whether a leadership team can identify a useful opportunity, understand its risks and give colleagues a sensible way to work with it. I help teams distinguish between experimentation, a repeatable workflow and a software project. That distinction prevents a promising exercise from becoming an unsupported process, and it gives decision-makers enough practical evidence to decide what should happen next.

Making responsible use practical

Good AI training includes the uncomfortable questions. What information should not be pasted into a tool? Who checks an answer before it reaches a customer? Which tasks require a source, an approval or a record of the decision? I build those questions into the exercises rather than treating them as a policy document that nobody opens. Teams learn how to give an AI system useful context, challenge a plausible mistake and decide when a task should remain with a person.
