7. Hosting, platforms and responsibility
The Adevious website uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for its database, Resend for enquiry email delivery and Sentry for error monitoring. Google Workspace supports business email and consultation booking. These arrangements concern this website; hosting and platforms for client software are specified separately.
Third-party services have their own terms, availability and usage limits. Where a project needs a paid platform account, subscription or licence, responsibility for that account and its costs is set out in the project agreement. Monitoring helps identify problems; it does not guarantee that every fault will be detected or prevented.
For the services that handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy. Changes to hosting or development tools do not by themselves change the ownership or support arrangements agreed for client software.
Where Adevious Ltd hosts software:
- Hosting is provided with reasonable skill and care
- No guarantee of uninterrupted availability is given
- You remain responsible for lawful data use and regulatory compliance
Where software is transferred to you:
- Full operational, infrastructure, security and compliance responsibility transfers to you upon handover
- Adevious Ltd has no ongoing responsibility for hosting or infrastructure unless separately agreed

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded.

The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Adevious Ltd does not accept liability for claims brought in the United States of America or Canada.
